This Black and White Age 12-13 Velvet Fringed Stage Costume is crafted with smooth black velvet for the body and white accents at the bottom, creating a striking contrast. The last measurement (body Length is one continuous measurement) we don't measure girth. Take the tape from front of the neck to the collar bone, down the front of the body, in between the legs, with legs kept apart and then up to the nape of the back of the neck.
